October brightness

A clear light grey Sunday in October,the last of the blackberries have been enjoyed,the trees are shedding and the colours are all the more vibrant and desperate to be noticed as the warmth yields to the wash of cool indifference. Stoke beach was host to our adventures today,prehistoric beauty,colourful geology and a little pixie king singing the berries to sleep.
